Use & Care
- Place the FruitFracker™ on a clean, stable surface.
- Remove the Spindle Blade and the Blade Cartridge.
- Place fruit inside Fruit Cradle length wise.
- Align Pilot Holes in the Blade Cartridge with Guide Posts on the Base.
- Press Blade Assembly down with both hands using equal pressure.
- Place Spindle Blade into the Base and fully turn in both directions.
- Remove Spindle Blade.
- Carefully remove the Blade Assembly while keeping newly sliced fruit in the Fruit Cradle.
- Pour contents into a clean, separate container.
- Wash Blade Cartridge by hand in the sink or by dish washer.
- Make sure your FruitFracker™ is clean and dry before and after each use for optimum performance.
- Use slices for cocktails, restaurant and bar prep, at-home beverages and more.
A friend told me about this device as a must have for anyone who throws parties and truly it’s become a MUST HAVE for anyone who has ever cut a fruit! As a former bartender I cannot imagine how much happier my life would have been with this, in fact I don’t want to because I’ll get so mad I didn’t have this! Amazingly fast prep of six lemons. Had drink-ready lemon wedges in less than a minute. No risk of cutting my hands or fingers. Huge time saver and clean workspace as well!
I received the fruitfracker as a gift and I truly love this device. It cuts fruit so quick and easy. This is also perfect for restaurants/bars. It cuts the limes making it easy to sit on the rim of the glass. I highly recommend this product.
