Use & Care

• Place the FruitFracker™ on a clean, stable surface.
• Remove the Spindle Blade and the Blade Cartridge.
• Place fruit inside Fruit Cradle length wise.
• Align Pilot Holes in the Blade Cartridge with Guide Posts on the Base.
• Press Blade Assembly down with both hands using equal pressure.
• Place Spindle Blade into the Base and fully turn in both directions.
• Remove Spindle Blade.
• Carefully remove the Blade Assembly while keeping newly sliced fruit in the Fruit Cradle.
• Pour contents into a clean, separate container.
• Wash Blade Cartridge by hand in the sink or by dish washer.
• Make sure your FruitFracker™ is clean and dry before and after each use for optimum performance. 
• Use slices for cocktails, restaurant and bar prep, at-home beverages and more.
