Place the FruitFracker™ on a clean, stable surface.
Remove the Spindle Blade and the Blade Cartridge.
Place fruit inside Fruit Cradle length wise.
Align Pilot Holes in the Blade Cartridge with Guide Posts on the Base.
Press Blade Assembly down with both hands using equal pressure.
Place Spindle Blade into the Base and fully turn in both directions.
Remove Spindle Blade.
Carefully remove the Blade Assembly while keeping newly sliced fruit in the Fruit Cradle.
Pour contents into a clean, separate container.
Wash Blade Cartridge by hand in the sink or by dish washer.  
Make sure your FruitFracker™ is clean and dry before and after each use for optimum performance.
