The FruitFracker is an invention born out of a 50-year friendship between a lifelong salesman and an industry vet that started in small town Ohio. With over 25 years of food and beverage experience, Duryea Johnson knew there was a way to cut down on knife work and increase production behind the counter. Duryea reached out to his childhood friend and experienced entrepreneur Jon Frost to see if they could bring that idea to life. In 2020, Jon and Duryea officially joined forces to design and produce the first ever professional grade wedger, the FruitFracker. Manufactured in the USA with food-grade stainless steel, the FruitFracker was created to change bartending forever.
